Welcome to the Privacy Policy for the BongoMedia Site (“Privacy Policy”) provided by The Affinity Project, Inc. (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by Sites and online services. The Company and the Services do not recognize DNT.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information from users under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a user under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
